Start your Sunday with intention and ease. This 60-minute Yin Yoga + Mindfulness class is your dedicated time to reset your body and mind, leaving you calm, centered, and ready to take on the week ahead.

Each session combines seasonally relevant Yin Yoga poses with guided mindfulness techniques. Together, we’ll create space in both your body and mind, helping you release built-up tension and set a grounded tone for the day ahead.

What to Expect:

What Props Should I Have?

No specialty equipment required, just have a pillow or couch cushion available, and a sweater or blanket. If you have blocks and bolsters, have those handy.
