P - Pause and Perceive - Use Bren’s Yin&Yang Life Audit to check in with what’s currently working and not working, and where more balance is required. Goal and intention setting for program outcomes.
A - Align and Adjust - Through nervous system education, you’ll get familiar with your Window of Tolerance, and start practicing personalized regulation tools. You will begin or continue an introspective meditation practice.
U - Uncover and Understand - This is where we dive deep into mindset and emotional awareness. You will observe your triggers, reframe limiting beliefs, and keep asking why instead of “I just am this way.”
S - Strengthen and Soften - Use the physical body to change how you feel with empowering yoga asana and the neuroscience of posture, while continuing to practice accessible stillness. You’ll create space for joy in your weekly schedule, and master your yin/yang balance.

When does the program start?
You can begin your 3-month program in November 2025, December 2025, or January 2026.
Do I need to be able to meditate?
You need to be willing to explore meditation. I’m great at getting beginners to the effects of a meditation practice, so there’s no need to be an experienced meditator.
How much time do I need to put into the program?
In addition to the live call times, plan to have about 5 hours a week for journaling, meditation, and other self-reflection practices. You may already have this time in your schedule for weekend walks, going to yoga class, etc.
