Who needs a total reset?
This unhurried full practice can help you slow down and come back to centre.
We start with a couple shorter hold, grounding postures to help transition from the busy-ness of your day into the slowness of a yin practice. Then use sensation and breath to gather focus inwards, and observe what comes up when we slow down enough to really listen.
Just a bolster or folded blanket (or couch cushion) required for this practice. Enjoy!
