Practice embodying present moment awareness during this short Yin-style practice. We work to reduce muscular engagement and accept the support of the mat beneath us.

I find that sometimes muscles in the legs hold onto tension without us knowing! Reminders to soften leg muscles are offered throughout.

Hips, spine, and neck get involved in this class consisting of shorter holds, about 2 minutes each.
