Practice flexing your focus muscle (your brain!) in this 45 minute practice. This class incorporates some shorter holds and bits of gentle movement in with the traditional yin postures, and uses breath awareness to train a wandering mind back to presence. The physical practice targets a nice mix of hips and shoulders. We end with gratitude.
