We work with active, big twists, and lunge shapes in a variety of ways to bring mobility to the hips and upper back/shoulders.

This practice begins with Supported Fish and a bit of core strength (to help you isolate the hips and shoulders) before moving on to a gentle, full-body practice. Enjoy.
