A Journey to Halfmoon 🌙 Ardha Chandrasana is a popular pose, and in my experience in yoga studios is rarely prepared for or explained.
In this practice we will move through preparatory and strengthening sequences to gently move towards our Half Moon destination. This complete practice begins with Box Breath with an invitation to return to that pattern throughout our class. We spend some time on all-fours preparing our body with side-body strengthening and twists, progressing to Surya Namaskar A variations.
