This active, full-length class starts with our favourite pattern, the 3-Part Daoist Breath, and moves on to explore a few different twisted lunges built into Sun Salutations. This class will invite you to try Garudasana/Eagle Pose and some creative balance postures and transitions with focus on the shoulders. We finish up with some grounded stretches for the shoulders and hips, and have opportunity for a 5-minute Savasana.
