Evening Yin for a Busy Mind

A grounding and calming full yin class, perhaps to practice before bed.

A variety of focal points are offered to anchor one's attention to, as we bring awareness out of the head and into the body or room.

You may like to have a folded blanket on hand to enhance your comfort in a couple of our poses. We move through hip openers and twists and end with a guided relaxation body scan in savasana.
