Calming Hands-Free Flow

This flow class offers side body strength and stretch, with some repeated breath-guided movements. There is no weight-bearing on the hands except for a brief all-fours position that we use to transition from standing to child's pose. This class also includes opportunities for time in inverted postures, which may help calm the mind. We begin in a standing position and end our practice in either child's pose or face-up child's pose (apanasana).
