Bren's guided meditation at the end of class puts me into the deepest restorative sleep, every time. I wake up feeling completely rested, grounded, and restored.
Once our morning practice is done, I feel clear, calm, and ready for my day. Bren does a great job at 'reading the room' even during our one-on-one Zoom sessions! After practice, I feel centered, reminded of the 'why' I chose to come to my mat, and guided by Bren to start my day feeling present.
